has started with a long term career in promoting gender equality, women rights, supporting Afghan vulnerable women and girls through provision of Education, access to quality basic services. With the passage of the time, as well as in the light of deteriorated situation in Afghanistan since 2020 she has aligned the organization priorities in widely focusing on advocacy for women equal access to humanitarian and development assistance. As of 2021 she has engaged with multi-stakeholder to engage SWRO in humanitarian response. Through her support and endeavor SWRO has managed to get access to humanitarian fund through AHF grants in Afghanistan.

Management Team:
The Management Team consists of an Executive Director, Deputy Director, Finance Manager, Program Director and Senior Technical Advisor. The Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SWRO and its staff. The Management Team prepares and implements SWRO’s annual plan and budget, mobilizes resources, and supervises the implementation of projects, and is responsible for the development of SWRO’s policies and procedures, including decision-making.
